We are partnering with a reputed company-established insurance organization seeking an reputed company LPL Claims Adjuster for a temporary contract assignment. This role is ideal for a claims reputed company who can reputed company in quickly, manage reputed company Lawyers reputed company Liability claims, and operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of Lawyers reputed company Liability (LPL) claims from initial reporting through reputed company
- Investigate coverage, liability, and damages exposure on reputed company reputed company liability reputed company
- Retain and manage defense counsel while directing litigation and reputed company reputed company
- Review legal filings, evaluate risk exposure, and reputed company reputed company recommendations
- Establish and reputed company reserves based on claim activity and exposure analysis
- Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and reputed company reputed company file analysis throughout the life of the claim
- Apply strong working knowledge of claims-made policies and reputed company liability coverage issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling Lawyers reputed company Liability, reputed company Liability, or E&O claims
- JD preferred or equivalent litigation and coverage experience
- Strong understanding of claims-made coverage and reputed company litigation management
- Ability to independently manage high-severity and high-exposure claims
- Experience directing defense counsel and negotiating settlements
- Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills
