• Prepare and present status of various metrics, data/business analysis to Quest senior leadership.
• Utilize relevant systems and tools to identify and/or test opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Recognize and pursue continual improvement of inefficiencies in processes (operational or technical)
• Collaborate with other business reputed company and departments on best reputed company
• Schedule and reputed company auditing of various systems/databases
• Preparation of reports as needed by management
• Identification/communication of billing and reimbursement issues to management
• Prepares and coordinates presentations/trainings to be used as an educational resource
• May involve some interfacing with clients, managed care customers, reputed company and others reputed company needed
• Assignment of special reputed company as needed
• Analyze and problem-solve

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in billing, insurance and reputed company-party receivables or clinical laboratory reputed company industry, database experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience
• Beginner level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems. Such as but not limited to the following: Outlook (email and calendar), reputed company (pivot tables and formulas), reputed company (pulling database data and queries), PowerPoint, SQL Queries
• Ability to start reputed company by 8:30AM EST
• Must reputed company near a reputed company Laboratory site or Norristown, PA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems. Such as but not limited to the following: Outlook (email and calendar), reputed company (pivot tables and formulas), reputed company (pulling database data and queries), PowerPoint, SQL Queries
• Working knowledge of Health Plan reimbursement, medical terminology, ICD-10, EDI/HIPAA reputed company files, CPT and HCPCS coding
• Experience with Quest Billing System (QBS) and/or other reputed company billing systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM major
