Job reputed company reputed company is seeking compassionate and tech-comfortable Remote Enrollment Nurses (RN, LPN, or LVN) to help Medicare patients enroll in our Chronic Care Management (CCM) and reputed company Care Management (PCM) programs. This role is fully remote and reputed company on phone-based patient education and enrollment. You will reputed company with eligible patients, explain the benefits of ongoing monthly reputed company support, reputed company key health information, and complete enrollments using reputed company’s platform. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy meaningful conversation, patient advocacy, and reputed company, goal-oriented work. Duties

Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong patient engagement ability
• Confidence using basic technology (EMR-like platforms, phone systems, data entry)
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, reliable remote environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
