This role will be responsible for delivery management, team productivity, sourcing reputed company, screening reputed company, turnaround time, recruiter coaching, and submission performance across multiple reputed company requirements. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader with strong experience in US IT reputed company, capable of managing team performance while also personally handling critical requirements. The person should be highly skilled in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, recruiter training, KPI management, and driving fast, reputed company submissions for reputed company roles.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive fast and reputed company candidate delivery, with first submissions reputed company 4–8 hours for reputed company roles.

Required Experience
