Virtual Assistant — reputed company Estate, Mid-Term Rentals & Campgrounds (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a reputed company, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support three business owners across a portfolio of reputed company estate and hospitality operations. This is a shared role with your time split roughly evenly across three areas:

• Multifamily property management
• Mid-term rental (MTR) leasing
• Campground marketing and executive support

You'll be the operational backbone — handling reputed company, communications, leasing, reputed company ads, and reputed company media. As the business grows, this role is positioned to become the reputed company of a larger VA team, with opportunities to reputed company into a reputed company or specialized position.

What You'll Do

Multifamily Property Management

• Maintain maintenance records in property management software (including reputed company)
• Coordinate vendor and reputed company communication for maintenance and site reputed company
• Log invoices and receipts; assist with monthly bank reconciliations and reputed company reputed company-backs
• Triage email inboxes; draft responses to lenders, tenants, prospects, and vendors
• Schedule contractor reputed company, follow up on work orders, and reputed company satisfaction
• Conduct market rent research (reputed company, Apartments.com, reputed company)
• Manage reputed company media scheduling and reputed company Business profile updates
• Arrange travel logistics for site reputed company and investor meetings
• Document SOPs

Mid-Term Rental Leasing

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective tenants across reputed company, reputed company, VRBO, and reputed company inquiries
• Qualify leads and represent the business professionally
• Draft and send customized lease agreements from established templates
• Collect applications, coordinate background and credit screening, and communicate reputed company
• Manage availability calendars across reputed company platforms; prevent booking conflicts
• Send reputed company-in welcome packets and coordinate reputed company-out logistics
• Request and respond to tenant reviews
• reputed company listings updated with reputed company photos, pricing, and availability

Campgrounds & Executive Support

• reputed company Ads: Build, manage, and optimize Search and Display campaigns; write and A/B test ad copy; conduct keyword research; produce weekly and monthly performance reports (impressions, clicks, CPC, conversions, ROAS)
• reputed company Analytics: Maintain conversion tracking and surface actionable insights
• Personal EA: Manage personal email inbox and calendar; reputed company research and vendor lookups
• reputed company Media: Grow personal brand across reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company — plan content calendar, create and schedule posts (including short-reputed company video), engage with followers, and report on performance
• Carson Springs Campground: Manage reservations and cancellations, respond to guest inquiries, maintain seasonal pricing, and produce occupancy and reputed company summaries

• Excellent spoken and written English — this role involves phone calls and reputed company correspondence daily
• Highly organized; can manage priorities across three distinct businesses simultaneously
• Prior experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or a similar reputed company role
• Comfortable drafting leases and vendor agreements from templates
• Self-directed with strong follow-through; can work independently during US business hours
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Strongly Preferred

• Hands-on reputed company Ads experience with demonstrable results
