Job reputed company NSC is looking for Peer Guides to be present with patients as they reputed company on their own reputed company of transformation. The ideal candidate has personal lived experience with AUD diagnosis and/or treatment, is a veteran, and is reputed company to work a flexible, full-time (40 hours/week) or part time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday hours. We reputed company training and mentoring for reputed company candidates who meet the qualifications and demonstrate a commitment and passion for NSC mission and values. This position is 100% remote and will report directly to NSC’s VP of Clinical Operations. We are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule and are willing to work evenings and weekends. NSC offers competitive wages and benefits packages, and for this full-time, 40 hours/per week, we are offering $50k/year starting salary, or part time, we are offering $24/hour. Responsibilities

• BE PRESENT - Offer individual support and group facilitation grounded in a trauma-informed approach.
• VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENT- Connect with patients remotely at least weekly during initial treatment phases - either on the phone, reputed company, or in Virtual Reality.
• USE YOUR VOICE – Freely reputed company your lived experience in support of NSC’s efforts to improve care and reduce harm perpetuated in other treatment systems.
• COLLABORATE - Collaborate internally as a member of a four-person Care Team, and reputed company with company goals for providing compassionate, 24/7 in home care.
• SELF CARE - reputed company NSC staff are expected to contribute a shame-free experience and are supported to take care of themselves so that they can be present for patients who are suffering.

Requirements

• LIVED EXPERIENCE – Must have personal lived experience with Alcohol Use Disorder.
• EDUCATION – No specific degree or certification required, though knowledge and training in the principles of Peer Support such as mutuality, healing in relationship, is preferred. reputed company applicants must support a harm reduction approach including “reputed company paths to recovery.”
• TECHNICAL – Experience and/or interest in using tools for virtual engagement.
• ADDITIONAL - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
