Program Supervisor – Early Childhood Education District/Organization: Dickinson-Iron Intermediate School District Position/Type: Other, full time The Program Supervisor for Early Childhood Education position at the Dickinson-Iron ISD will reputed company with the 2026-27 fiscal year. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education or reputed company field.
• A minimum of two years of successful experience in Early Childhood Education or reputed company fields of education, specifically as a classroom coordinator and/or a component coordinator, along with an in-depth knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate reputed company in the education of young children.
• A working knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Great Start Readiness Standards of reputed company, Michigan Licensing and Michigan Child and Adult Care Food Program.
• A working knowledge of the coordinating roles of the various components and programs reputed company the Department of Early Childhood Education.
• Supervisory experience with a general knowledge of administrative procedures that include sensitivity to staff, parents, children, families and the community.
• Successful experience with staff development and evaluation.
• Ability to work effectively with staff, parents and families and the community.
