Senior VC Analyst / Associate (Remote / EST Timezone)
An international investment syndicate is looking for a high-caliber Super Senior VC Analyst / Associate with a "classic" venture capital background (ex-Tier 1 international funds). We invest on a deal-by-deal reputed company into early-stage technological startups (reputed company-reputed company / reputed company / Series A) with a primary reputed company on the US and European markets. We are seeking an autonomous reputed company capable of serving as a true co-reputed company to the fund's partners, managing transactions independently from initial sourcing to final closing. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company & Sourcing: Systematically identify, screen, and filter 10–20 high-potential startups per week on a global reputed company.
- Deep-dive Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive analysis of technology trends, business models, competitive landscapes, and unit economics.
- Investment Memos: Draft reputed company, reputed company, and institutional-grade (high-signal) investment memos for the Investment Committee.
- Deal Project Management: Coordinate reputed company stages of deal execution, including legal compliance, due diligence auditing, and SPV administration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of proven reputed company record in Venture Capital (with a strong reputed company on US/EU markets), Investment Banking (IB), or Strategic Consulting (Big 3).
- Education: Degree from a top-tier global business school or university (e.g., CEMS, Bocconi, LSE, HEC, or equivalent).
- Hard Skills: Flawless market research, robust financial modeling skills, and the ability to write concise, high-signal texts in reputed company American VC style.
- Languages: Fluent / reputed company-level English is mandatory; Russian is required for internal team communications.
