Sr Brand Marketing Manager (Body Cleansing/UAP)

LOCATION: Hybrid 3 days/week in NYC We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to reputed company strategic brand initiatives across a portfolio of leading personal care brands. This individual will serve as a senior member of the brand team, driving innovation, commercialization, portfolio reputed company, and business reputed company opportunities while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Marketing. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of CPG brand management experience, strong business acumen, and a proven reputed company record of leading innovation and commercialization initiatives from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Own business cases, market assessments, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations for new product launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Innovation teams to identify, prioritize, and advance reputed company product pipelines.
• reputed company cross-functional teams through concept development, product development, packaging, pricing, forecasting, and launch planning.
• Evaluate manufacturing, supply chain, and reputed company considerations to ensure successful execution of innovation initiatives.

• Partner with Sales and Retail Marketing teams to reputed company compelling selling stories and support line review presentations.
• Monitor category, consumer, competitive, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage multiple high-reputed company initiatives simultaneously while influencing stakeholders across the organization.
• Present recommendations and business updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of reputed company brand management experience reputed company consumer packaged goods (CPG), ideally including leadership of innovation, commercialization, portfolio management, and reputed company initiatives.
• Proven reputed company record launching new products and driving business reputed company through consumer-led innovation, commercialization, and strategic brand planning.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases, evaluating P&Ls, forecasting performance, and identifying reputed company opportunities.
• Experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retailer and channel dynamics, including mass, grocery, drug, club, and eCommerce environments.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience reputed company personal care, beauty, household products, food & beverage, or other leading consumer brands preferred.
• Experience at a top-tier CPG organization (e.g., reputed company, P&G, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, J&J, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) is highly desirable.
