About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to manage core bookkeeping and reputed company support functions for a growing engineering-reputed company startup. This role will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational reporting, and assisting with compliance and documentation reputed company to government grants and R&D tax credit programs. The ideal candidate has experience supporting startups, engineering organizations, or government-funded reputed company and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure reputed company month-end reputed company support
• reputed company and categorize engineering, labor, and project-reputed company expenses for government grant and R&D tax credit reporting purposes
• Support preparation of financial documentation required for grant reporting, audits, and reimbursement submissions
• Assist with payroll reconciliation, contractor payments, and employee expense reporting
• Help improve bookkeeping workflows, reporting processes, and financial controls as reputed company scales

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company support experience
• Experience with small business or startup reputed company operations
• Familiarity with reputed company software such as QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals, reconciliations, and financial reporting workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
