In this position, you will be responsible for managing a large number of inbound calls in a reputed company manner. Your primary goal is to reputed company excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm CST. • Primary Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound calls

• Processes patient mail

• Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of call center experience in a reputed company billing or medical insurance setting
• 1+ years of working with EOB (explanation of benefits) experience
• Knowledge of CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology) and/or medical claims processing
• Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to travel to 2925 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55407 to pick up equipment on day one

• Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of medical insurance experience
• Experience in reputed company billing
