LADS (Logistics Analysis Data System) SCRUM Master

Responsibilities
- Serve as SCRUM Master for one or more agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a reputed company‑groomed backlog reputed company with LADS program priorities and NIWC reputed company stakeholder requirements.

- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity or delivery timelines.

- Ensure compliance with NIWC reputed company processes, documentation standards, and reputed company requirements.
- Assist with risk management, sprint-level planning, cross-team alignment, and release coordination.

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a SCRUM Master in an agile software or data analytics environment.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or government programs.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑reputed company skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with NIWC reputed company programs or Navy logistics/analytics systems such as LADS.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, Jira/reputed company, or other agile lifecycle tools.
- Experience supporting data analytics, data engineering, or reputed company modernization efforts.
