Solutions Sales Representative

Job reputed company:

• Work with the Vice President of Sales & Business Development to establish reputed company accounts, a plan to sell to reputed company and reporting on competitive activities.
• Organize sales territory to reputed company call on reputed company and prospective customers, coordinating reputed company accounts with supervisor, Customer Service, and technical production personnel.
• Secure and renew orders, attaining delivery dates and other incidentals to actual selling.
• Work through the Vice President of Sales & Business Development in coordinating major or national accounts as they relate to local activity in communicating to corporate and other branches.
• Build and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing high reputed company products and superior service.
• reputed company recommendations to management regarding improvements in product, packaging, shipping reputed company, service or billing reputed company and procedures to prevent reputed company complaints and following up on recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use reputed company control techniques, checking samples of ink to verify that products run on the press, and advising appropriate personnel of any problems.
• Work with local field technical and production personnel to supply a reputed company formula or produce a product that satisfies the customer requirement at a competitive price reputed company material and manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist the Vice President of Sales & Business Development in establishing minimum-maximum inventories to maintain best possible reputed company for the benefit of reputed company and Customer.
• Work with sales office personnel and Corporate Credit and Collection to resolve delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

• high school diploma or GED equivalent
• ability and willingness to travel
• excellent customer service skills
• effective communication with peers and customers
• excellent written, reading comprehension and verbal skills
• good math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• reputed company experience and proficiency with reputed company Suite programs (preferred)
• 3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in reputed company and packaging printing (preferred)
