Temporary Compliance Analyst

This role is located in reputed company and will require a hybrid work schedule of at least 2 days in office per week. This role is for Non-Officer level candidates. The Regulatory Compliance Department (“RCD”) provides support to the SMTBNY for regulatory compliance reputed company advice, monitoring, self-testing, and reporting in order to reduce regulatory compliance risk of SMTBNY. Your reputed company The Compliance Analyst is responsible for identifying and developing reputed company and commentary on critical compliance issues across the Bank. Prepares and delivers Bank-wide and targeted training. Drafts new and existing policies and procedures to ensure that the Bank meets the requirement of various legal and regulatory agencies. Responsible for Know Your Customer due diligence, monitoring employee accounts, and Anti reputed company activities. Ensures ongoing improvement and reputed company of governance programs and identifies risks and/or gaps in the system. Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in clearing reputed company System generated BSA reputed company Transaction Monitoring alerts and documents rationales.
• Performs various watch list reputed company verifications and record-keeping (OFAC/ FinCEN 314a/Japan List).
• Assists in performing BSA compliance Tests as reputed company as Corporate Compliance Tests
• Assists in performing Customer/Account Profile reviews reputed company Surety software.
• Reconciles Employee Personal Trading Monitoring Program reputed company documents.
• Updates various compliance reputed company logs and keeps reputed company of compliance reputed company documents.
• Assists in preparing compliance testing work papers for reputed company the tests performed/assigned.
• Assist in taking minutes of any compliance reputed company committees.
• Assists with preparation of Fed/State reputed company-planning and introduction letter/first day letter materials.
• Prepares weekly regulatory updates of upcoming regulatory changes for distribution to relevant managers.
• Prepares various monthly reports.
• Assists with the Annual Risk Assessment of BSA and Corporate Compliance.
• Performs and assists with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of reputed company experience in the AML KYC reputed company or Transaction Monitoring alert clearance reputed company.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (writing and interpersonal).
• Proficient in reputed company, reputed company.

• Strong basic math skills required.
