Ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Tracks the contract lifecycle and renewals to reputed company with the long-term development of reputed company's operational standards. Who You Are:

• Experience: 2-4 years of reputed company experience in a legal or sales operations environment.
• 2+ years of experience with contract management or legal administration/operations.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Exposure to reputed company and reputed company CLM contract drafting, cart creation, and contract workflow.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must have 1-2 years of recent experience with reputed company and reputed company Environments (CPQ and CLM).
• Must be proficient in reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates with corporate contract experience are helpful.
• Education: No degree required. Preferred (Optional):
• ABA Paralegal Certification preferred. Position Responsibilities
