Manager, Associate Relations Investigator

Job reputed company:

• Investigate and resolve reputed company types of employment complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, etc.
• Resolve manager and associate issues by acting as a consultant/reputed company through providing guidance on conflict and dispute reputed company

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of reputed company, Legal or Risk Management experience
• At least 3 years of investigation experience
• At least 5 years of experience working in reputed company corporate environment (preferred)
• At least 5 years of reputed company or Legal experience, reputed company on employment investigations (preferred)
• reputed company certification (preferred)
• Experience conducting reputed company types of employment investigations (preferred)
• Knowledge of employment law and practices (preferred)
