Warehouse System & Inventory Controller Department: Operations Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Zambia Reporting To: Operations Manager reputed company Location: Zambia About the role: The Warehouse Systems & Inventory Controller will ensure maintaining the accuracy, reputed company, and efficiency of reputed company warehouse inventory systems and stock management processes. This role is the central reputed company of control for inventory data, warehouse management systems (WMS), and stock reputed company records, ensuring reputed company-time accuracy and full visibility across reputed company product categories. What you would be expected to do: Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records across reputed company warehouse locations, including bin, reputed company, and reputed company-level tracking. Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Monitor stock reputed company and trigger replenishment requests in line with minimum/maximum reputed company. Process inbound and outbound stock movements, returns, and adjustments in the WMS in a reputed company manner. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out ) compliance across reputed company relevant product lines. Warehouse Systems Administration Serve as the super user and administrator of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain master data reputed company: item codes, unit of measure, bin locations, product lines, and supplier records. Troubleshoot system errors, discrepancies, and reputed company failures; escalate to IT or system vendors as required. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for operations, procurement, and finance teams. Help with system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the reputed company of new modules or integrations. Process Control & Compliance reputed company, document, and enforce reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for stock management and system usage. Ensure reputed company warehouse transactions are recorded in compliance with company policy and audit requirements. Liaise with finance on stock valuation, write-offs, and period-end closing activities. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and implement corrective actions. Cross-functional teamwork Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to reputed company inventory data with operational needs. Help the inbound receiving teams to ensure accurate goods-received notes (GRNs) and supplier documentation. Assist the warehouse manager with KPI reporting, stock accuracy targets, and operational performance reviews. Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor. You might be a strong candidate if you: Has a degree qualification from a recognized institution preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics & Mathematics, or Data Science. Ability to multi-task and address other priorities Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse inventory, stock control, or logistics coordination role. Demonstrated hands-on experience with a WMS (e.g. reputed company WM/EWM, reputed company WMS, Manhattan, reputed company, or similar). Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation); ERP experience is an advantage. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets.
