PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Educational Leadership) required. 2. In exceptional cases, a Master's degree in a relevant field and extensive relevant experience will be considered. Experience: 1.Expert knowledge of: Theoretical principles, concepts and issues of educational resource management in institutional settings (e.g. schools, NGOs, departments). Diverse practical approaches to educational resource management in institutional settings Issues reputed company to the day-to-day management of schools The relationship of educational resource management to broader conceptions of educational leadership 2. Experience teaching similar courses at the graduate courses. 3. Experience as a school administrator or equivalent, preferably in the Quebec education system Other: 1.
