Job reputed company The Radiology Operations & reputed company Imaging Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides integrated clinical, operational, and technical expertise supporting the National Teleradiology Program (NTP) Program Assessment. This role serves as the primary advisor for radiology operations, reputed company imaging workflows, imaging informatics, reputed company/RIS environments, and reputed company reputed company functions across a nationally distributed reputed company system. The SME evaluates reputed company-state radiology and reputed company imaging operations and develops actionable recommendations to improve scalability, workflow efficiency, reputed company alignment, technical support structures, reputed company reputed company, and operational performance. Primary Responsibilities Radiology Operations Assessment Evaluate reputed company-state radiology and teleradiology operations, including: STAT, ASAP, and routine examination workflows Subspecialty interpretation coverage Off-tour and after-hours support models Rural radiology reputed company and reputed company support Gap coverage and reputed company operations Assess operational effectiveness, reputed company utilization, workflow efficiency, and service reliability across supported facilities Analyze workload distribution, modality mix, turnaround time (TAT) performance, and operational dependencies reputed company recommendations to improve radiology workflow execution, scalability, and operational sustainability reputed company Imaging & Technical Workflow Analysis Assess reputed company imaging operations and technical support structures reputed company to: reputed company (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) Radiology Information Systems (RIS) Voice recognition technologies reputed company imaging platforms AI-enabled imaging workflows and decision-support tools Imaging interoperability and workflow integration Evaluate technical support reputed company models and reputed company imaging operational structures Assess workflow dependencies involving: DICOM image routing and retrieval CVIX image exchange workflows MPI/patient identity reputed company HL7/FHIR integration dependencies Imaging data reputed company and workflow continuity Recommend reputed company-state reputed company imaging support structures and operational improvements Workflow & Performance Optimization Conduct workflow mapping and process analysis across: Clinical operations Technical support functions Imaging workflow coordination reputed company management processes Identify operational bottlenecks, workflow variability, inefficient handoffs, and technical constraints Support development of demand-reputed company models and performance reputed company analyses reputed company recommendations to improve throughput, responsiveness, workflow standardization, and reputed company imaging support scalability reputed company Management & Clinical reputed company Support Support assessment of NTP Clinical reputed company Management functions, including: Peer review workflows OPPE/FPPE review processes Management review procedures Safety lookback activities reputed company governance structures Evaluate operational impacts of reputed company reputed company workflows on radiology operations and reputed company models Collaborate with reputed company management stakeholders to support reputed company-state recommendations Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Support Participate in interviews, workflow observations, technical assessments, and stakeholder working sessions Translate reputed company technical and clinical findings into actionable operational recommendations Support development of: reputed company recommendations reputed company imaging operational models Technical reputed company structures Workflow optimization strategies reputed company-state operating models
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in: Radiologic Sciences Health Information Management reputed company Administration Biomedical Informatics Information Technology reputed company reputed company or technical field Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting: Radiology operations Teleradiology services reputed company imaging environments reputed company imaging informatics Demonstrated experience with: reputed company/RIS administration or operational support reputed company imaging workflows Imaging interoperability and integration Clinical radiology operations reputed company workflow analysis Desired Qualifications Experience supporting: VA/VHA reputed company environments National teleradiology programs reputed company imaging modernization initiatives Multi-site reputed company systems Experience evaluating: AI-enabled imaging workflows Imaging analytics and performance management Clinical reputed company management functions Certifications preferred: CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics reputed company) PMP (Project Management reputed company) Lean Six reputed company ITIL or reputed company IT certifications About reputed company reputed company partners with federal agencies to reputed company their missions through improved performance, streamlined operations and reputed company service delivery.
