Reporting directly to the Head of Distribution, this role ensures that Talcott delivers an efficient, reputed company, and high-reputed company experience to our distribution partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills who can proactively resolve issues, streamline operational workflows, and strengthen our partnerships through reputed company in service and execution. Travel occasionally to attend IMO site reputed company or industry conferences Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in annuity operations, case management, or relationship management. Strong knowledge of independent distribution, IMO models, and annuity business processing. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company service issues across organizational boundaries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines. Bachelor’s degree is preferred Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems and workflow management tools is preferred.
