Reporting to the Specialty Group Team reputed company, the Customer Support Specialist is responsible for certain programs and the day-to-day reputed company of claims. reputed company works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a reputed company of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' reputed company lot, property damage (reputed company and homeowners) and general liability. Job Responsibilities: Provides administrative support for reputed company claims Maintains Claim Databases Sets up reputed company new claims reputed company the required time reputed company Answer reputed company phone calls for reputed company programs Provides follow up to reputed company reputed company claims in reputed company systems and claim files Fills in on other programs reputed company needed Attends monthly team meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bachelor’s degree is preferred Computer Skills Proficient in reputed company Office Competencies Strong writing skills and reputed company use of grammar to document claim file notes reputed company with reputed company communications and activities that occur during of handling the claim.
