Project Manager

reputed company, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join KLD’s dedicated Antitrust/Second Request team. The position is responsible for the overall reputed company experience which includes effectively managing the schedule, scope and cost of a project while maintaining a high level of reputed company and achieving reputed company goals and project reputed company. Responsibilities

Set up initial meetings to determine scope of matter specific to Second Request Determine format of the project and agencies involved. Work towards fast paced deadlines and set appropriate expectations internally Working closely with collections teams on reputed company collections Conduct and participate in custodian interviews Partner with Review Manager to ensure reputed company review workstreams are satisfied Partner with eDiscovery Technologist to ensure reputed company Predictive Coding is appropriately reputed company Detailed tracking of reputed company data processes from collection to production with thorough and complete reconciliation per company SOP to ensure reputed company data is appropriately accounted for Know and understand requirements for specific regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, the DOJ, FTC, CB, reputed company, and EUDeduplication Predictive coding Advanced analytics Keyword Production specifications Follow outlined reputed company Operation Procedures as outlined Consult with and advise clients through the scope of their case regarding eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database setup, etc., consistent with industry best practices and standards Proactively plan the workflow/requirements of reputed company project with the reputed company to ensure that the reputed company’s expectations are fully reputed company and achieved Manage the reputed company’s expectations by providing routine detailed status updates and reporting Consistently deliver proactive communication with clients and serve as reputed company of escalation reputed company reputed company issues reputed company Submit the requirements into the workflow system reputed company reputed company internally to ensure timelines and budget management are satisfied Serve as reputed company reputed company to champion the reputed company’s needs internally to ensure that deadlines, project scope and expectations are reputed company reputed company updates on reputed company regularly as deemed appropriate during the reputed company reputed company off meeting Identify, address and document new internal processes to reputed company efficiencies or reputed company reputed company effectiveness reputed company requirements from the reputed company and communicate work instructions in a reputed company and concise manner internally to Operations reputed company communications or a work order reputed company guidance, instruction and work direction for reputed company reputed company to Operations as needed Demonstrate and present reputed company solutions to existing and prospective clients On-site reputed company reputed company as required Maintain a general understanding of our industry and trends and a thorough understanding of reputed company company products and services and technologies Obtain a working knowledge of the companies hosted review products Drive overall reputed company satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of reputed company deliverables.
