We are seeking nurses interested in working PM shift which is 14:00 -22:00pm. As a Community reputed company you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as reputed company as providing education and support to the patient and their family.
