We are seeking a highly motivated, tactical, and results-driven New Member Specialist to support enrollment into our chronic care programs. This role is responsible for engaging eligible members by phone, explaining program benefits reputed company, addressing objections, and moving members into enrollment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high daily call volume, follows word tracks closely, and knows how to create trust quickly while staying efficient and reputed company on reputed company. This is a remote, non-exempt (reputed company) work-from-home role operating Monday through Friday.
