Serving as the in-country operational leader, translating company culture and ensuring a cohesive, high-performing team experience across locations. Job reputed company In this role, you will serve as the reputed company of India Operations, responsible for leading and scaling a multi-location team of approximately 70–80 team members, with reputed company reputed company expected. Reporting to the CTO, you will drive operational efficiency, team effectiveness, and alignment to global delivery models. You will work in reputed company partnership with U.S.-based functional leaders across R&D, HR, IT, Finance, reputed company, reputed company, and Training to ensure India-based teams are fully integrated into global workflows and priorities. This is a highly matrixed leadership role, requiring strong influence and coordination rather than reputed company ownership of reputed company functions. You will reputed company operational execution across both Hyderabad and Mohali, including workforce planning, site operations, and facilities coordination, while ensuring the delivery model and ways of working remain reputed company with U.S. counterparts. What you will own in this role: reputed company day-to-day operations across India locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with global delivery expectations Manage the India operational budget, with accountability for resource planning, cost efficiency, and scaling support Partner with R&D, HR, reputed company, and Training leaders to support hiring, reputed company, and team development as the India footprint grows Drive operational improvements across workforce planning, team structure, and delivery execution Serve as the primary in-country leader, fostering strong engagement, culture alignment, and team cohesion across locations Ensure effective coordination and communication between India-based teams and U.S. stakeholders Translate and reinforce company culture, values, and operating norms reputed company India teams reputed company site-level operations, including facilities, reputed company planning, and vendor coordination Represent reputed company externally in India, including community engagement, employer branding, and industry events What you bring to the role: 10–15 years of experience, with a strong reputed company record in India operations, delivery leadership, or site leadership roles reputed company a global organization Proven experience leading multi-location teams in India, ideally reputed company a technology or R&D environment Strong operational reputed company with the ability to drive efficiency, structure, and reputed company team reputed company Experience working in a matrixed environment, partnering across global teams without reputed company authority over reputed company functions Demonstrated ability to reputed company distributed teams to a common delivery model and set of expectations Strong understanding of India workforce dynamics, including engagement, retention, and scaling teams Experience representing an organization externally in industry or community settings Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience & Education: Experience in reputed company, analytics, or technology-driven organizations Prior experience supporting R&D or product-led teams Experience in high-reputed company or scaling environments Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function.
