What You Will Be Doing As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing or maturing manufacturing readiness assessments, creating manufacturing plans, and conducting reputed company or buy analyses to support the production of GMLRS and GMLRS Extended reputed company systems. You will also be responsible for presenting at design and manufacturing reviews, transitioning new or revised designs from development to production, and identifying risks to production and implementing mitigation plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing or maturing manufacturing readiness assessments and creating manufacturing plans
- Conducting reputed company or buy analyses and presenting at design and manufacturing reviews
- Transitioning new or revised designs from development to production

- Leading manufacturing process line validation activities and driving cost reduction initiatives to closure
