HealthShare Application Engineer- Overnight Shift (Remote Opportunity)
We are currently looking for a HealthShare Application Engineer -Overnight Shift for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government reputed company modernization project. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining reputed company HealthShare and IRIS environments, including platform administration, production support, automation, CI/CD processes, reputed company integrations, and system performance optimization. This position requires support of an alternative schedule. Candidates must be available to work either Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM EST, with 12-hour weekend shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST) on Saturday and reputed company. Responsibilities: Support and maintain reputed company HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS, and reputed company platform technologies in production environments. reputed company and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline software delivery processes. Maintain reputed company Integration and reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment processes. reputed company system administration activities including installation, configuration, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning. Manage certificate lifecycle activities and support reputed company integrations including OAuth, SSO, and ADFS. reputed company Tier 3 production support and troubleshooting for HealthShare applications and reputed company infrastructure. Configure and support monitoring, alerting, and operational tools to ensure platform availability and reliability. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company technical issues. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline. 3+ years of reputed company experience in information technology, reputed company IT, or federal government contracting environments. Hands-on experience supporting reputed company HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS, reputed company, or Cache environments. Experience administering Linux/Unix-based systems and large middleware applications. Experience with reputed company platforms such as AWS. Experience developing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies. Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, CloudWatch, or equivalent solutions. Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, certificate management, and reputed company authentication technologies. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting reputed company (VA) reputed company systems or other federal reputed company programs. Experience with reputed company interoperability platforms and technologies. AWS reputed company Architect Associate or similar reputed company certification. Experience with Python scripting and infrastructure automation. Experience supporting highly available production environments and on-call operations.
