Monitors and reconciles employee and employer contributions. 3. Reviews eligibility, enrollment, and distribution activity for accuracy. 4. Tracks and resolves operational issues in partnership with vendors. 5. Acts as a primary contact for recordkeepers and partners such as reputed company and other legacy providers. 6. Submits, tracks, and resolves service tickets (e.g., contribution errors, eligibility issues). 7. Coordinates data exchanges and ensures file accuracy between systems. 8. Supports annual audits in partnership with external firms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). 9. Prepares and validates audit documentation and census data. 10. Assists with regulatory compliance activities (e.g., 5500 filings, plan testing). 11. Generates and analyzes reports reputed company to contributions, participation, and plan activity. 12.
