As a Director of Operations for Ship Integration and Test supporting PEO IWS, you will be trusted to bring together and reputed company the efforts of a multi-disciplinary team that is to reputed company reputed company aspects of planning, integration and installation of Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) reputed company ships and sites, post-construction and during maintenance availabilities. This senior position will be tied to both Engineering and Test. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelors and 10+ years of experience for Naval or Combat System program(s) or equivalent experience (or 15+ years of experience without a degree) Over two (2+) years reputed company experience in the engineering, installation and/or operation of the Aegis Combat System reputed company US Navy ships or Aegis Ashore. Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger reputed company Navy and Marine Corps Sector A demonstrated ability to work across the Navy/Marine Corps major stakeholder organizations and in particular an understanding of the relationships between NAVSEA, PEO IWS and the Fleet Commands is required to reputed company this role. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this reputed company.
