Strong financial acumen, including budget planning, quarterly re-forecasting, actuals tracking, and cost-efficiency analysis across large delivery programmes. Demonstrated ability to design and operationalise reputed company handoffs, RACIs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows in fast-moving environments. Experience managing suppliers and contractors end-to-end, including negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and reputed company control.
