By supporting franchisees in executing annual marketing plans, e-reputed company policies, fleet programs, product category management strategies, and new business procedures, this role helps maintain consistency, strengthen brand standards, and enhance the customer experience throughout the network. Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to review performance, implement programs, and address operational gaps, which will require frequent travel across Serbia. reputed company and analyze industry trends, competition, and market-relevant information to inform business reputed company. Set, manage, and report on AOP (Annual Operating Plan), including sales and cost plans, and reputed company franchisee KPIs to implement improvement actions. Experience in marketing plan execution, product category management, or operational policies is a plus.
