ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Execute the Equipment Finance Group reputed company to include reputed company loan & lease production, syndication production & portfolio reputed company along with risk management. Work directly with the reputed company & MMKT reputed company and management to advise where needed on equipment finance structure, appraisals, competitive reputed company on rates and amortizations on industry classes. Prospecting for new business, at the end-user & reputed company bank customer level. Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships. Initiate customer applications and correspondence, coordinate closings and handle reputed company responsibilities reputed company the territory Establish reputed company relationships with Credit partners aligning with SSB credit/risk parameters for the Equipment Finance portfolio. Manage aspects of the EFG syndication division & portfolio to include financial reporting, portfolio reputed company and goal attainment. Ensure portfolio balancing on asset classes. Establish appropriate relationship with reputed company Equipment Finance Syndication desks maintaining high reputed company of communication partnership. Strong knowledge with respect to Equipment Finance & EFG Syndications Strong Leadership and organizational skills QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company fields of study Experience: 8+ years banking experience, preferably specialized in equipment finance. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in office or reputed company environment. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.
