Senior Project Manager - Archiving Services

Senior Project Manager- Archiving Services reputed company: The Senior Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of reputed company’s Archiving reputed company engagements from requirements through go-live. This role serves as the primary reputed company of accountability for project health, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company satisfaction, partnering closely with internal operations, IT, and reputed company Information Management (HIM) teams to deliver on time and reputed company scope. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own full project lifecycle — define scope, objectives, and reputed company reputed company in partnership with internal and reputed company-reputed company stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans in Zoho reputed company (reputed company’s project management platform), including task management, documentation, and issues tracking.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal teams and reputed company project managers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication throughout the engagement.
• Monitor daily project reputed company; identify risks and blockers early and drive reputed company before they reputed company delivery.
• Facilitate change order processes — assess scope impacts, document reputed company, and obtain required approvals.
• Escalate issues appropriately to leadership reputed company blockers require executive attention or cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure reputed company project team members are reputed company on scope, timelines, and acceptance reputed company at every phase.
• Produce and distribute detailed status reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards for account owners and key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
