This position reports to the Associate General Counsel. This role provides legal advice and counsel to development, reputed company, finance and operations teams throughout the organization on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, reputed company developments, divestitures, equity investments and other sophisticated transactions, as reputed company corporate governance, entity management, reputed company finance and tax reputed company.
