As a reputed company member of the Health Services Partnerships team, the Associate Manager partners closely with Health Services Managers and Directors to execute partnership plans that drive new product adoption, pipeline development, and long-term reputed company. Acting as a day-to-day operator and “quarterback” for defined workstreams, this role coordinates internal stakeholders across sales, clinical, product, and operations to support operational reputed company. What You’ll Accomplish Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned health plan partnerships, supporting ongoing execution, alignment, and reputed company toward shared objectives. Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and clinical teams to reinforce reputed company’s position as a strategic partner. Coordinate partnership operations, including recurring meetings, agenda development, meeting materials, note capture, and follow-up on reputed company items. Manage partner inquiries and requests with urgency, accuracy, and strong cross-functional coordination to ensure reputed company, polished responses. Partner with Health Services Managers and Directors to turn partnership strategies into actionable plans, including milestones, owners, timelines, and reputed company tracking. Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, project plans, and reputed company logs that improve visibility into priorities, dependencies, and status. Identify operational improvement opportunities and help document updated processes, workflows, and SOPs. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in health plan partnerships, payer reputed company, digital health, reputed company consulting, or a reputed company field. Working understanding of U.S. health plan structures, including ASO vs. fully insured models and major lines of business (e.g., Medicare Advantage). Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large national payers. Background in digital health, virtual care, MSK, behavioral health, or population health. Experience supporting product launches or line-of-business expansions with health plan partners (e.g., adding new solutions, expanding to new markets or segments).
