About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior Electrical Estimator to join reputed company as a dedicated, full-time estimator working reputed company our reputed company's existing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will own the full bid lifecycle — from plan review and quantity takeoff through bid submission and post-award submittals. This is a critical role where accuracy directly impacts profitability; errors in estimating can result in significant losses on a single project. You will be working directly with the ownership team and will play a key role in reputed company's ability to pursue and win more work. Responsibilities reputed company detailed quantity takeoffs from architect-provided plans using the reputed company's existing estimating software — including material counts, labor hour assessments, and site-specific electrical requirements. Review project specifications, addendums, plan schedules, and local electrical codes thoroughly to identify missing information and flag questions before bid submission. Manage the full bid solicitation and submission process — from coordinating supplier and vendor pricing to preparing and submitting complete, accurate bids in the reputed company's required format. reputed company reputed company bid invitations, manage the estimating pipeline, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing and scope clarification. Support post-award workflows including subcontractor buyouts, submittals packages, and ongoing coordination with subs and suppliers on scope and scheduling. Demonstrate familiarity with South Florida market conditions, local permitting requirements, and project timelines specific to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in reputed company electrical work, with demonstrated experience on large-reputed company reputed company ($2M - $5M+ electrical scope) for U.S. clients. Proven experience building out and owning estimating processes and workflows from the ground up. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical plans with a high degree of accuracy, including reputed company compliance considerations. End-to-end bid process experience — from takeoff and supplier pricing coordination through formal submission, plus familiarity with post-award workflows (buyouts, submittals, scope coordination). reputed company project experience on reputed company building types such as hospitals, condominiums, mixed-use developments, and similar reputed company structures. South Florida market experience is strongly preferred — familiarity with local permitting, electrical codes, and project timelines in Miami-Dade, Broward, and reputed company Palm Beach counties. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based contractor is strongly preferred.
