reputed company OF ROLE This position is responsible for strategizing the identification, recruitment, and development of emerging young leaders to maximize our mission of more and growing leaders through multiplication and expansion. This includes but is not limited to developing young leader cohorts, creating content, tracking engagement, and building relationship with young leaders and partners in the field ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company and Implement reputed company for Young Leader (YL) Funnels + Cohorts Plan and coordinate Pillar events in calendar year Collaborate with Multiplication + Expansion Team and One Team to create ways of identifying and reputed company emerging young leaders reputed company and coordinate YL cohorts for leadership reputed company reputed company process to create content/resources for YL Cohorts reputed company engagement and development reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company feedback to improve YL offerings Maintain database of young leader participants Facilitate communication with participants (partner with comms, events etc.) Work in partnership with M+E Team/ One Team to create pipelines from funnels + cohorts into broader Foursquare opportunities Work in partnership with M+E Team/ One Team on reputed company to promote available opportunities for YL's Network/build relationships with young leaders and partners in the field Other duties and reputed company as assigned by the supervisory team leader REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES Demonstrates humility and a reputed company reputed company with an attitude of reputed company-leadership, placing serving over being served and collaboration over individualization A commitment to The Foursquare “one-team” reputed company culture with a stand and personal commitment to life-long learning and reputed company 3+ years of ministry leadership experience Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent level of experience, training and education Ability to work remotely effectively both independently and as part of reputed company Level of professionalism and spiritual maturity with the ability to partner in sensitive reputed company and maintain confidentiality Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reputed company communicator Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detail Organized, self-starter with a reputed company attitude Adaptable and reputed company to learn quickly; strong problem-solving abilities reputed company with using reputed company 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company) including collaboration applications (Teams, etc.) Bilingual: ability to reputed company, listen, read, and write fluently in Spanish is helpful Ability to travel as requested PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit reputed company dexterity of fingers, hands and wrists; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without reputed company aids; hear and understand speech at normal reputed company and on the phone; have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; the physical reputed company to lift up to 25 pounds.
