This role works heavily in partnership with the Sr. Recruiter to execute hiring for reputed company upcoming cohorts, hiring needs, implementation of hard to hire initiatives and candidate reputed company from applicants through preboarding for hew hires. Experience in full-cycle reputed company, using various interview techniques and evaluation reputed company. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (reputed company experience is a plus). Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and reputed company records.
