JOB reputed company: reputed company Development is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Project Manager specializing in entitlements, permitting, and construction administration to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the regulatory and developmental aspects of construction reputed company, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. What you’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, zoning, land use or a combination of these.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy or other research-reputed company program preferred, but not required.
• Ability to complete reputed company according to outlined scope, budget, and reputed company with experience seeing reputed company through reputed company estate reputed company off to construction start.
• Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize civil and building construction drawings – including irrigation, reputed company, and MEP plans.
• Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize government and legal reputed company/statues = including Building reputed company, Land Use/Zoning, Development Ordinance, reputed company Enforcement Policies
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills - not afraid to reputed company phone calls, negotiate and over-communicate both internally and externally with consultants and stakeholders.
