There is also the reputed company of working remotely. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in litigating insurance coverage and extra contractual cases. Candidates should have experience with litigation involving California first and reputed company-party property and casualty insurance coverage, reputed company liability, UIM/UM coverage, life, health and disability reputed company, and bad faith litigation. The position involves engagement in reputed company litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for reputed company development. Candidates must be self-starters who are reputed company to manage their own litigation, formulate and implement a discovery plan including taking and defending depositions, evaluate potential insurance liability exposures, prepare case assessments and evaluations, and balance their time between several reputed company while producing consistently good work product. Candidates must have strong reputed company credentials, proven skills in writing, research and litigation experience. California Bar licensure is required.
