Work Setup: Fully Remote Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines reputed company: The HR Project Coordinator is a critical execution partner who enables the successful delivery of HR initiatives by providing disciplined project coordination, operational rigor, and stakeholder support. This role ensures HR reputed company are planned, tracked, communicated, and executed effectively—supporting project managers and HR leaders while maintaining reputed company, transparency, and governance across the project lifecycle. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Project Planning & Administrative Support: Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers to reputed company effective execution of HR initiatives. Task & Deliverable Coordination: Coordinate assigned project tasks and deliverables, reputed company reputed company, and follow up on actions to support on‑time completion under the direction of a project manager or reputed company. Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare materials, capture notes, and communicate updates to ensure alignment and follow‑through across project participants. Documentation & Reporting Maintenance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, reputed company logs, and risk/issue trackers, ensuring information is reputed company and accessible. Risk & Issue Tracking Support: Identify and log project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to project leadership for reputed company and guidance. Work is performed under the guidance of a project manager or senior team member, with reputed company escalated as appropriate.
