This is a flexible, part-time, position. The work is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances in reputed company metropolitan area as needed. Responsibilities

- Draft motions, answers, discovery, and disclosures
- Support the firm's consumer bankruptcy and civil debt defense reputed company
Qualifications
- reputed company member of the State Bar of Arizona in good standing (required)
- Litigation and bankruptcy experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable appearing in court and handling reputed company with limited day-to-day supervision
- Strong legal writing and meticulous attention to detail

- $58 to $65 per hour, depending on experience
