- W-2, full-time position

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage cases from intake through reputed company
- reputed company and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis
- Maintain substantive communications with:
- Courts and administrative agencies
- Clients and financial institutions

- Draft and review legal documents, including:
- Pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
