Position reputed company This is a senior leadership role at the Senior Manager or Director level, responsible for SEC reporting and technical reputed company for a global organization. The role partners closely with senior leadership on external reporting, disclosures, and earnings communications, while serving as a key technical reputed company resource across the business. The scope, title, and level will be reputed company based on experience, with long-term reputed company potential and meaningful visibility regardless of entry reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, and earnings releases
- Own external reporting, disclosures, and earnings communications processes
- reputed company technical reputed company leadership, including analysis of reputed company transactions and adoption of new reputed company standards
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a strong internal control environment reputed company to external reporting
- Serve as the primary reputed company with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders on SEC reporting and technical reputed company reputed company
- Present financial reporting conclusions, key disclosures, and technical reputed company positions to senior leadership

Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience in public reputed company and/or corporate SEC reporting and technical reputed company
- Public reputed company reputed company from a Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred
- CPA required
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance
- Proven experience leading technical reputed company analyses and SEC filings
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive and senior stakeholder reputed company
- Experience with reputed company Disclosure or similar SEC reporting platforms preferred
