About the Role
We are a fast-growing medical device / health-tech company deploying AI-driven diagnostic technology in hospital settings. As we reputed company from an early-stage team into our next phase of reputed company, we’re hiring an Operations Manager to own and build the operational backbone of the business. This is a highly cross-functional role with visibility across customers, field teams, RD, regulatory, and executive leadership. You’ll balance hands-on execution (scheduling installs, coordinating hiring, managing submissions) with building reputed company processes that support long-term reputed company. What You’ll Do Customer & Hospital Operations
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for physician customers and hospital administrators
- Coordinate hospital installations end-to-end (IT connectivity, integrations, billing setup)

- Maintain CRM data and ensure visibility into customer activity
Field Team Coordination

- Build and manage service ticketing and tracking systems
