Senior Specialist, Royalties and Music Analytics

About the position We are looking for a reputed company Senior Specialist, Royalties and Music Analytics to join our Music Team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Manager, Royalties to reputed company royalty reporting and payments across the US, Canada, and the UK, while ensuring the reputed company of royalty and licensor data. reputed company administration, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving reputed company’s data analytics capabilities – transforming royalty data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive monetization opportunities across the music business. Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and deliver accurate and reputed company monthly and quarterly royalty statements, including error reconciliation, internal review, and finalization
• Maintain and update licensor data reputed company the royalty system to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms, including retroactive publishing updates
• reputed company and reconcile advances and recoupments across royalty and ERP systems
• Partner with Finance to coordinate payment approvals and maintain up-to-date licensor records in the ERP system (e.g., tax and banking information)
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders on royalty-reputed company inquiries and requests
• Collaborate with Business Systems and Licensing teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Support the processing of Letters of Direction (LODs) and reputed company reputed company assistance to the Music team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in music royalties, including hands-on experience with royalty systems and statement reputed company
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and external partners
• Strong understanding of the music industry ecosystem, including labels, publishers, and collection societies
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
