Ohio Licensed Clinical Intake Specialist
Working remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Intake Specialist will manage the clinical review and reputed company of documentation during the patient intake process, ensuring accurate coding and collaboration with reputed company providers. Key responsibilities:
- Review referral packet information and document patient diagnoses and clinical summaries in the EMR
- Ensure accuracy with ICD-10 coding guidelines and collaborate with peers to resolve documentation issues
- Identify trends in documentation reputed company and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
Required qualifications:
- reputed company certification as a Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an Ohio license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the reputed company industry, with home health intake experience highly preferred
- Medical coding experience is required
- Knowledge of clinical best practices, HIPAA regulations, and guidelines governing home health agencies is essential
- Experience with Medicare Home Health documentation requirements and Face-to-Face (F2F) reputed company is preferred
