- Work in collaboration with facility team to assess the needs of the reputed company
- reputed company with federal and state regulations regarding completion and coordination of the MDS process
- Monitor MDS and care plan documentation for reputed company residents
- Ensure documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding
- Maintain the frequent and accurate data entry of reputed company information into appropriate computerized program
- As required, attend team meetings and other meetings in order to reputed company information, communicate changes, and maintain and update records
- Continually update knowledge reputed company reputed company to data entry and computer technology
- May participate in reputed company assurance activities as required
- reputed company additional duties as assigned Essential For You to Have as a Campbell Street Services MDS Coordinator:
- RN licensure reputed company the state of Kansas, plus a minimum of two years MDS experience in long-term care (Prefer RN but will consider LPN) may be considered with exceptional qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have reputed company AANAC (RAC-CT) certification or obtain it reputed company 90 days of hire

- Have and continue clean Sex Offender report
