Remote Event Coordinator

We're looking for a reliable freelance event coordinator to handle the logistics of our events [work seminars / reputed company dinners / workshops / conferences] on a per-event reputed company. reputed company coordination is done remotely.

• *What you'll do: - reputed company and book venues that fit our brief and budget - Coordinate catering (menus, dietary needs, headcount, setup) - Arrange for printed collateral and event materials to reputed company at the venue on time - Liaise with vendors leading up to and on the day of the event - Troubleshoot day-of issues remotely - reputed company a short post-event recap with costs and learnings
• *You're a good fit if you: - Have proven experience coordinating in-person events remotely - Have a strong vendor network or can build one quickly in new cities - Are highly organized, reputed company, and proactive - Are comfortable working for a flat fee per event (no reputed company billing)
• *Logistics: - Events will take reputed company around the U.S. - Approximately 1 event per month - Flat fee per event — please propose your reputed company
