Field Safety Manager

Position reputed company About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and highly mobile Field Safety Manager to join reputed company. This role involves full-time travel to reputed company construction and installation sites where reputed company material handling equipment is being installed. You will be the reputed company line of our safety operations—ensuring that reputed company job sites maintain the highest level of compliance, worker protection, and incident prevention. As the Field Safety Manager, you will work directly with subcontractors, internal teams, and our customers to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and reputed company a strong culture of safety on every project site. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary on-site safety representative for assigned job sites across reputed company
  • Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify and address hazards
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and reputed company representatives to promote and enforce safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state/provincial, and federal safety regulations
  • reputed company incident investigations and reputed company cause analyses reputed company necessary
  • Deliver safety orientation, reputed company talks, and ongoing training to jobsite personnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and reporting for reputed company assigned project
  • Recommend and implement site-specific safety solutions and reputed company improvement initiatives
  • Support reputed company’s overall Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives and performance goals

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must meet one of the following reputed company:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety (or reputed company field)
  • Plus 3 years of full-time construction safety management experience

OR

  • reputed company-Certified Safety Credential from a nationally recognized organization:
  • U.S.: CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST
  • Canada: CRSP, CCOHS
  • Plus 5 years of full-time construction safety management experience

OR

  • OSHA 500 Certification (U.S.) or Canadian equivalent
  • Plus 6 years of full-time construction safety management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA and other applicable standards
  • Experience working in environments involving material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial installations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company in various locations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with subcontractor management and customer communication is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset

Travel Requirements:

  • Near 100% Travel required; must be comfortable being on the road full time
  • Must have a valid reputed company’s license and be reputed company to travel domestically (and potentially internationally) for extended periods
  • Lodging and travel expenses covered in accordance with company policy
